BA Advisors' experienced Business Analysts work with customers to  improve the efficiency and maturity level of their business processes.  We help you determine what level of change management is expected through your ERP implementation.  We identify and document the current state processes and help determine what processes will be MVP and what level of change is required.

 BA Advisors also provides post implementation support to help you grow into your new software.  Our technical staff will help you improve upon your new business workflows and functionality.  We will assist you in the roll out of new functionality provided by your software as well as the design, and development of extensions to the base functionality.

Scrum Master

Our Scrum Master will work with you to help with your project tools such as Azura DevOps (ADO) or other tools that you will use to track your activities and you sprints.

The scrum master will help you organize and setup your tool, help you and educate you how to use it. The scrum master will also be running queries and reports for you to track the progress of the project and ensure you meet your deadlines for all the activities within you tool regardless of if you use ADO or any other tool. The scrum master will help you stay focused on what matters for your project to be successful and will help you communicate the status of the project.

Business Consultant

At BA advisors we offer you a business consultant, the business consultant will work with you to document all your processes and document the changes those processes will have for your organization.

Furthermore, our business consultant will help you not just document your to be business processes based on the new ERP implementation. The business consultant will also advice you on what would be the best processes based on their across different industries and knowledge to advice you on your to be processes to ensure you have the best an most effective processes for not only the ERP processes but also any processes outside the system that are being impacted by your new ERP solution.

Business Analyst

At BA Advisors we offer business analysis (BA) to work with you, the BA will work around all aspects of the ERP implementation:

• Gathering and document your requirements together with your team. A BA can help your team document them in ADO, SharePoint, Excel, or any other tool you might use to capture your requirements.
• Our BA’s also help with documenting business processes, we can help you document all the steps as a business flow chart with the associated steps. 
• Configuration of the system and document any changes and maintain you’re your “gold” environment.
• Help you create step by step training manuals that can be used for your end-user training and for your SOP’s to make the transition to the new ERP system easier.
• Training your users, our BA can help organize the training, help facilitate and execute the training to all the end users.
• Go-Live support: our BA’s are here to support you, we can help structure your Go-live support, we can help you create support tickets, make sure they get assigned to the correct resources on a timely manner for a quick and efficient resolutions to any challenges you might have.

Test Management

We offer high qualified resources that can help you with all of your testing needs, including:

• Unit/ system testing
• End to end process testing

• Regression testing

Building the test cases will often be a time-consuming task.  BA advisors will help you create and document your test cases and manage them using Azure Dev Opps, SharePoint or Excel. 

When creating test cases, we ensure proper linking of requirements and they cover all your business processes. Furthermore, we will work with you on building your test strategic for all test scenarios to ensure the right testing is done and issues/ bugs will be identified and assigned to the right resources (using ADO or SharePoint) for a quick resolution. We also offer to work with you to identify any regressions testing and how to execute the identified test for regression testing.
